WOD #3 Done!

Picking heavy "stuff" off the ground event is done.

I opened up the event with #350 (90% 1 rep max) for my 1st attempt, 2nd attempt at #360 (93% 1 rep max) and #370 (96% 1 rep max).

That last lift was #5 short of my old 1 rep max (#375). It felt heavy but I could have gone heavier. It felt awesome!

I used a belt for the 1st time. It helped a ton! I had Chris Irvine from Explore CrossFit helping me out with the weight decisions. He helped a ton.
