Corey flew in at 3pm and Krod picked him up and they arrived 2 minutes before I started so that helped me push a little harder.
I walk away with great insight on how I need to train or should I say, "train differently". I will get a lot better at the following: heavy presses, "double unders" when my legs are tanked, rowing, and simply overall heavy lifts.
At the end of the WOD my right arm was literally throbbing but after some SMFL (self-myofacial release) the throbbing when away. I was sort of worried because it hurt like a monkey and that feeling lasted way over 45 minutes. Then it stopped and I was able to feel normal again.
Trainers tip: Don't completely stop and collapse after you've just finished your workout, walk around and keep moving so the blood can flow evenly and not restrict any blood flow your body need an any specific areas.
