Row Like You Got a Pair!

Complete 4 rounds of:
Row 800m
*rest 3:00 in between sprints

Rowing is by far one of my weaknesses also (two weakness 2 days in a row). I went into today totally underestimating the WOD and was quickly humbles my 1st rounds at 250m. My first mistakes was I went all out thinking I would "gas" out, however I immediately slowed down. All in all, great WOD and I need to write down all my weaknesses. After writing the down I need to make sure I practice these guys on a daily basis.
