I walked into StoneWay CrossFit ready to work hard today. I warmed up with 50 "double unders" then a 1000m row. I then warmed up my shoulders.
I worked on some snatch balance skills and then got ready for today's WOD. Corey decided to go 1st so I could have a time to shoot for. After the 2nd round I knew this was going to be a rough one. I wasn't sure what part of the workout was going to be hard though. Corey finished at 23:11.
My whole goal was to keep steady and not have to break significantly too long throughout this WOD. Overall it was the pull-ups that exhausted me because I just got done with doing "double unders" and before that I was sprinting, so it makes sense that I was breathing hard. Five rounds is a long workout but I got it done. My time-18:17
