12/15

Day 6 was great! Did CrossFit Total today and PR'd my back squat and felt strong overall for my press and Deadlift. Didn't have any crazy sugar cravings today which was a huge success.

Breakfast:
3 eggs
1 oz turkey
4 macadamia nuts
1 apple
1 orange
1 rockstar (sugar-free)

Lunch:
4oz lean beef
1 cup tomato
3 cups Spinach
1/2 cup red grapes
1/2 cup blackberries

Snack:
2oz jerky(thanks Katie B.!)
6 almonds
1 cup frozen grapes
(Freakin awesome!)

Dinner:
6oz beef
1 1/4 cup spinach
4tsp avocado
1 cup tomato
3 dill pickles
1/2 cup onion
1 cup mushrooms

Snacks:
2oz turkey
2 macadamia nuts
1 cup (frozen) red grapes
