BreakFast

3 eggs
1oz cheese
1c milk
1c tomato
1 apple
12 almonds

*I added one block of protein to my breakfast today

I'm getting ready to do WOD #2 today at 2pm so making sure I'm hydrated and fueled properly.  I started drinking 1c of milk my heavy/longer metcon WOD or 1 box of Muscle Milk.
