1/19/10

Today I went to my community group and we do a potluck every tuesday and there was nothing to create a "Paleo Only" meal. So I ate grains! Boo!!!!! Perfect example of not preparing for my dinner. We have to control of bringing a Paleolithic meal to any get together.

Breakfast:
2c milk
4 macadamia nuts

Snack:
2 eggs
1 apple

Lunch:
6oz ground beef
1c tomatoes
1c spinach
3/4c mushrooms
2 dill pickle
4 macadamia nuts

Dinner:
6c Lasagna
2c Salad
2c Diet pepsi
