Breakfast shake

2c whole milk
2 scoops of whey protein
1.5c frozen mangos
1 orange
12 almonds (eat separately)

This creates 2 full glasses of shake and it's all 1 serving. If your fruit isn't frozen add 4-6 ice cube. This is one of my favorite breakfasts to have.

Zone:
4 blocks of protein
5 blocks of carbohydrates
4 blocks of fat
