1 Week Count Down Begins

The workouts were just posted yesterday on what will be at the Washington sectionals, February 27-28. So, Corey will now be programming for the next week. His 1st WOD brought me to my knees and his 2nd left me gasping for air.

I'm excited for next weekend. It's going to be a real hard weekend but so much fun! Here are my WOD for the day.


WOD #1
Thrusters, #115
Deadlift, #225
Muscle-ups
21-15-9
Time-20:06


WOD #2
"Tabata Sprints"
and
"Tabata Double Unders"
Total "DU"-85+

So, next weeks WODs are as follows:

WOD #1
OH Press #155
Max OH presses in 1 minute. Every minute on the minute you run 100m or less.

WOD #2
40 HSPU
40 Front Squats, #155
* there is a 5 minute cut-off if you do not complete at all 40 HSPU

Please come out and support all the athletes next weekend.
