Wow! How delicious is the food we are eating? Now don't get me wrong I love my "fun food" but I know without a doubt that I love my "clean food" way better. I feel better, I feel more energized, I feel full and I know that I feel more equipped when I do my WOD's

4 macadamia nuts

Lunch:
8oz beef
1 cup milk
1/2 tomato
1/2 orange
4 tbs avocado

Dinner:
8oz ground beef
1 tomato
1 orange
1/2 cup mushrooms
4 tbs avocado

Snack:
1 apple
6almonds
1 egg
