1) Plan your meals out a day in advance
2) Measure your food and memorize what your serving size is
3) Don't get cocky after eating successful for a short amount of time. Take one day at a time and stay true to your diet for 30 days before allowing a cheat day.
Breakfast:
4 eggs
1 orange
1 apple
12 almonds
Lunch:
Coffee
2 c milk
2 oz pork
1 3/4c brussel sprouts
1/2c raspberries
4 macadamia nuts
Dinner:
4 oz flank steak
2c broccoli
2c spinach
2c mushrooms
4 macadamia nutz
