12/19/09: Day 10

Day 10: today was a good day. I was a little off my timing. I didn't have my fat at dinner and I never felt fully satisfied. That just hit me today. Because of my lack of preparation I under ate. We went out to my inlaws and they have all the foods I need but I couldn't eat anything more for dinner. 2 cups of broccoli is a ton of food! I was also jonesing for sugar like crazy so I settled it with pumpkin pudding (not fully paleo, but sugar free).

Lesson learned: ALWAYS have your food with you if you are not sure of what your schedule will be.

Breakfast:
3 eggs
1 cup broccoli
1 apple
1/2 cup

Lunch:
6oz beef
4 tbs avocado
2 cup spinach
1 cup mushrooms
1 orange
2 cup broccoli

Snack:
6 almonds

Dinner:
6oz beef
2 cups broccoli
1 apple


Snack:
2 cups Pumpkin pudding
